Our neighborhood runs on the time and energy of neighbors who show up. Whether you have five minutes or a few hours a month, there's a way to support.

Pay Your Dues

One of the most important ways to support our neighborhood is by paying your dues. Your contributions help cover neighborhood maintenance, winter snow plowing, and community events.

Volunteer for an event

From our annual meeting to summer activities and community cleanups, neighborhood events happen because neighbors pitch in. Whether you’d like to help plan, set up, or donate supplies, we’d love to hear from you.

Join a committee

Put your interests and talents to work with one of our small, informal committees:

• Special Projects & Events — Help plan gatherings and social activities and support neighborhood access to the Nickel Plate Trail.
• Communications — Keep neighbors informed through the newsletter, social media, and website.
• Grounds Crew — Help keep our entrance and shared spaces looking their best.
• Outreach and Membership — Welcome new residents, encourage participation, and assist the treasurer with managing neighborhood funds.
